GER, Berlin, June 16th, 2008: During a protest action against the german "HartzIV" rate, police confiscated portraits of Wolfgang Clement, Olaf Scholz and Peter Hartz. The demonstrants planned to throw with paint on them. Police decided to threat this as an affront to government members.
